Searching for a threaded SW22 barrel

Looks like great minds think alike. That is exactly why I was looking for the OEM threaded barrel. The Volquartsen barrels are nice but like you said they are definitely overpriced IMHO. I will try to give them a call tomorrow and see what they say. Will definitely post the results when I find out.

Searching for a threaded SW22 barrel

Can anyone point me to where I can buy an OEM SW22 threaded barrel. I like the Volquartsen barrels but don't particularly like the price point on them.

Optic recommendations for the SW22 and why

I recently picked up the SW22 and want to run an optic on it. To start my budget needs to stay at or below $100. I'm open to either style of red dot but my son who is part owner prefers the reflex style. I would love to hear any and all opinions on what style and brand of optic you are running...

    Fiber optic sights

Another +1 on the Tru-Glo TFO sights. Just installed mine last weekend after agonizing whether to go FO or Red Dot on my FS 9. Decided to go FO after realizing what I really needed is a CORE to mount the Red Dot. Next pistol will be the 5" CORE 9mm. Can never have to many M&P's. lol

Bought new gun and waiting to shoot

got the cure for loading mags Do yourself a big favor and buy the Maglula loader. I got mine in the Range Kit and love it. With my arthritic hands it is a blessing.

Finally caved and installed an Apex FSS and trigger

Smart move on your part I can pretty much guarantee you will be very happy with the results of installing the FSS in your FS 9mm. I know I was happier than a pig in slop the first mag I shot after doing the install. I went from an average of 6"-8" groups with the stock trigger to 2"-3" groups...

    Has anybody used these sights

Looking at fiber optic sights for the M&P 9 and was wondering if anyone has used the Williams Fire Optic sight kit at this link. Williams Fire Sight Set Smith & Wesson M&P Aluminum Black Fiber Optic I was considering a red dot but until I can afford to pick up a CORE I think I'll wait on the...

Hmmmm!!!! Interesting option for what I was looking for ATF but obviously you missed the part about inexpensive. LOL If no other options show up though at least I have something to resort to. Thanks a bunch for the link.

    Searching for a dovetail mount

I can find the mounts for the Burris FF optics or the Delta Points but I'm looking for a dovetail picatinny or weaver mount. Not sure I want to mount an optic on my M&P 9 or not so I'm looking for a low dollar mount for one of the cheaper optics just to play around with to see if I really want...

    m&p9 what a let down

Don't give up on the M&P I know exactly how you felt. I too was extremely dissatisfied with the M&P 9 the first time I went to the range with it. After the 3rd or 4th time I was still unhappy with my groupings so I decided I was going to have to do something with it. The Apex FSS kit is without...

    Apex - hot damn!

You ain't just whistling dixie I totally agree with you about the Apex trigger kit. I installed the polymer FSS kit in my FS 9mm and the difference is like night and day. I was lucky to shoot 6"-8" groups at 7 yds out of the box but yesterday I went to the range and was shooting consistent 2"...

    Trigger Reality

I personally disagree I just got back not an hour ago from the range trying out my M&P 9 after installing the Apex FSS kit and to say the difference is like night and day would be an understatement. From a rest, out of the box I was lucky to shoot 6-8 inch groups at 7 yards. With the Apex kit...

Apex FSS kits Poly or Aluminum Trigger

I am getting ready to order the Apex FSS kit for my M&P 9mm and was wondering whether to go with the Polymer trigger kit or the Aluminum trigger kit. Other than the metal trigger maybe lasting longer than the Poly is there any other reason to go with the aluminum kit? It's not like I shoot...
