Hello, I've recently seen a photo of a model 29-2 S serial# revolver showing the extractor cutout on the right grip. Have you seen this before?

I have a 29-2 SN: 690xx that came in a presentation case that looks like the liner was replaced with green felt. Is this correct for this 1972 4 1/2" 29-2 ? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks, Gene
