    Equalizer fiber optics sights available?

    It seems that XS Sights are the only one at this time that make sights for the Equalizer 9mm. You can order a sight kit with either SW-R207P-6N (orange) or SW-R207P-6G (green) front sights. I just bought the last orange sight on Amazon. Green ones are available from opticsplanet.com.

    I found the M&P 22 compact less finicky with ammo as compared to the 22 full size. I opted to keep the compact and sold the full size later on.

    DIY Front Sight enhancement

    I also use Testor's fluorescent orange enamel paint in the 1/4 oz. bottle. I apply the paint using a wooden toothpick for accuracy. So far, I'm very happy with the results.

    M&P 22 Jams Federal Bulk Ammo

    The ones I've had problems mostly with are the Federal Lightning bulk packs. These are the 40 grain non-copper plated solids. Otherwise, my .22 FS works well with the Federal HP plated bulk packs and CCI MiniMags. I need to shoot more ammo through it to loosen things up a bit.

    Yeah, the non-copper plated ammo does get the barrel dirtier. I'll check in with my LGS today to see if I can get an M&P 22c.

    I have some Federal Lightning 22LR lead round nose bulk pack ammo I'd like to use. It's the non-copper plated type. Any ideas if this will work with the M&P 22c? I've mostly shot this ammo with my S&W 617 10-shot revolver. Any caveats on using this type of ammo other than with a revolver?
