I have a box of 300gr swc I shoot a S&W 696 44spl. Can I shoot a bullet of that weigh and what kind and how much powder does it take to set this cannon ball off. thanks bob k.

I just put a set of finger groove grips on my S&W 21-4 Thunder Ranch 44spl. I took her to the range, now Iam getting misfires because the firing pin will not set-off the primer. I have not changed anything and the grips are not binden in any. help

I have 2 S&W 696 stainless in 44spl,and I have pushed 260 and 310 gr swc out of them. Both are mighty fine guns,with that 310 you better load hot so it will make out the other end, I have 6 S&W and they all are 44spl. they will do everything I need them to do.
