I have to agree with everyone. I avoid knives made for gun companies. I have an out the front S&W knife and I hate the thing, I keep thinking the safety is going to fail.
If you want some really good suggestions go over to The Blade Forums, they are really knowledable of there and can help you...
OK, After seeing all this beautiful .44s I figured I'd show off my collection too. :)
Oh wait, I just realized I still haven't found a non-engraved 29/629 yet. :(
All I have is my Colt Anaconda for now.
Thanks for all the help guys but sadly I have some bad news. I was going to give her the pricing and make an offer tomorrow and just got a text from my mom saying she just sold it. So I am really irritated right now, this has been the first non-engaved N-Frame I've seen around here in 2 years.
I know there have been other threads for this but nothing recent so I was hoping you guys would be able to help me out.
A local woman's father just passed away and left her his firearms collection. She started asking people about prices on the guns and I've helped her a little so far.

That is one Beautiful little Browning. I've been wanting one for a while but I have only seen clones of it.
Congratulations and I hope you'll let us know how it shoots.
Glad to see another governor fan and glad to hear you really enjoying your silver Governor.
I have the black Governor and I really like it. My Dad and I had it up at the range last weekend with my 586 and 66 and it was a blast to shoot. I do admit that recoil is a bit rough with that scandium...
I saw this on the Ruger site yesterday. I have no experience with .32 calibers but I've been wanting a .327 Magnum.
Sadly when I went to look for one, Ruger discontinued their GP100, SP101, and their Blackhawk in .327.
If I can get some money together I will definitely snag one of them with...
No wonder I can't find any stainless prelocks here in PA. You're the one snagging them all. Lucky I just got a 64 on layaway before you could jump on that one too. Now if only I could find a prelock 629.
Either way, that is a beautful and amazing collection.
Now if only I could meet you up...
My God. I wish I had that type of cash to buy a new gun every week.
I got a 64 on layaway and my LGS just got a 10-5 that I have to pass on.
Also we definitely need pics, especially of the 29.
One place you should go for info is bladeforums.com
That forum has been very helpful for me when I started to get into collecting Knives and Axes. There are many helpful people on there that can give you info on everything from EDC knives to vintage Axes and everything in between.
I had the same problem with my Colt Python. It has Pachmayr Presentation Grips that looked decent but I had some issues reaching the Trigger. So after a little searching I found some Pachmayr grips that didn't cover the back strap and now it's a blast to shoot.
I believe the model of the grip...
Awesome find, you guys are very lucky. I've been searching for a Pre-Lock 629 and haven't seen one yet around here. Heck I haven't seen any Pre-Lock Stainless N Frames around here.
