What is the difference between the 686 and the 19?

I've owned both a mod 66 4" and a 686 8-3/8. The 686 is scary accurate w/148 gr hbwc's. The 4" 66 is the ideal belt gunthth a for hunting with a rifle and all around shooting. If you like to handgun hunt deer, the 686 with a hunting rig shoulder holster makes a great outfit,

    Observation

I agree with cbr6864. My Sigma9ve has made me a better shooter with every handgun I own. The trigger has gotten a lot better over time. It always functions perfectly. I bought at the time of the first rebate and took the two magazines. The best value in a new gun I have run across.

    SW model 64

The model 64 is a great handgun. My 64-3 is the last handgun I would let go of.

My first S&W revolver - humble but solid

Good find, you will probably like the way it shoots and there is no reason to ever get rid of it.

Welcome to the United States, Wisconsin!!

I think that you are mistaken about Michigans reciprocity. Unless it has changed jusy recently Mixhigan recognizes and honors all other states CPL permits. Before we had CCW law out of staters could carry in Michigan but residents of Michigan were prohibited unless for hunting or target use...

    Newby to S&W forum

I owned an early Kel Tec P11. The trigger pull was about 115 lbs before I had the new spring sent to me. Oh and it stacked terribly at the last 1/4 in of pull. A year or two later I bought a Sigma 9SVE. What a sweet trigger. Nothing like my double action Smith Revolvers but nice compared to the...
