I have a Storm Lake, IMO no difference than the stock barrel. According to my gunsmithing buddy, he thinks S&W barrels are very good to start with, but KKM would be an upgrade.

Well, I'm pretty disappointed in California. If all of those interested in their Rights, and what is the right thing to do; maybe you all could re-establish the law as put forth by the US Constitution. A lot of people have died thru the years for you all to piss away your rights.

shot my M&P in IDPA match. got to admit it shot GREAT, but I can't wait now to get a trigger job. Very pleased with preliminary range work as well. It's a keeper......but I still wish S&W would put in a good trigger to start with

guess I should be a little more specific. I want an OWB, non-Serpa, kydex. But it has to be long enough to cover slide to the muzzle.

Does anyone know of a kydex holster for the 5" Pro that will completely cover the barrel/protect front sight?
