    My understanding is that in Cali the only current limitation for an EBR rimfire is the 10 round mag. Centerfire is a whole 'nuther story. My LGS (Turners Outdoorsman) offers both the standard 15-22 and the MOE variant. It apparently has the standard AR-15 flash suppressor. No other difference...
