I have a pre model 30 hand ejector that actually is my trail gun. My only complaint: I can't find shot shells for it. I don't reload. I cant find 32 long shotshells anywhere on line. The only shop I know that does, will not do less than 100 at $1.25. I dont really need a $125.00 worth of shot...

I ha e a pre model 30, 32 hand ejector. Mine is a J frame. I would love to have an I frame, especially a terrier, but I can't ever locate one in my area or, on the auction sites I look at. Do you know of any gun shops or auction sites that would be likely to carry something like this ?

THANK YOU. The little gun will probably reside in a drawer in my garage as long as I live. I have the means to stamp it. Problem is, not enough room on the little butt to stamp 6 numbers. I will do the last 4, and, as you said, maybe that would get by with a local officer

Box and papers add a premium. They can sometimes be found on Ebay. There are also box end labels available. I had a model 34. 2", RB nickel that I let get away. I've regretted it ever since. They're hard to find outside of collections. I'm gonna estimate the price at around $700.00 with no box...

I have a model 317 in 22LR. Love it. 2" barrel. I would be in the market for another. But it appears all the new ones are 3" with the fluorescent front sight. I prefer the shorty.

Thank you. Second question: the revolver definitely does not have a serial number on the butt. I don't want to get in trouble with the big boys. Is this considered an antique which may not be a big deal ??? Or, can I just re- stamp the serial number on the button? I can do that if it looks like...

My wigrips. 77 years old and has list a lot of her hand strength. She carries a S&W 637 airweight with a crimson trace grip. It's simple and effective, and she can shoot it. I have been carrying a G48 with Sheild magazines. But your post has caused me to rethink that strategy. Thanks for sharing...

Thank you. I wasn't sure about the frame. I took the grips off of one of my J frames. They fit this 32. Not sure if that means anything or not ? I'm wondering if this might be one of those "transitional units ???
