Can anyone point me to a schematic of the bolt assembly? I would like to tear it down and do a good cleaning on it. Thanks in advance!

It was new and dirty. Mine had the same symptoms. Every 300 rounds or so I just pull the bolt assembly, give it a quick wipe down and then spray it with some rem oil. Do this for a bit as it breaks in and you will be fine.

Rofl!!! Exactly right. Never could understand why so many have issues with single points. If you get hit on the nuts your doing it wrong.

I'll bite.....what kind of bird is it? Also, just because they are a nuisance to you and your neighbors does not mean they are not protected. If they are a game bird I don't know of any state that has a season open right now so a hunting license may not even be available.
