Better late then never. My 642 wears some CT 405 grips and i love them. I want so bad to put some nice wood on this gun but don`t want to give up the CT`s.

My 642 has LG-405 CT grips that I paid a pretty penny for and I like the idea of the laser and all, as I`m pushing 60 and the old eyes ain`t what they used to be and it feels good in my hands and shoots well, the gun that is. But...I sure like the look of some of the wood that I have seen here...

I had one for a little over a year but found that my 642 was so much easier to carry. I got tired of looking at it setting on the night stand and sold it a few weeks ago for almost what I paid for it...I needed some cash for more fishing stuff. It was a hard decision to make and regret it a bit...
