Jeff,yes it is possible....have a 469 wearing hogue wrap arounds for 6906.I stripped grips from 469 and 6906 and used cut off wheel to reshape frame of 469 to match 6906.You would be reshaping area at bottom rear of frame.Only took about 30 minutes.Refinished with Duracoat O.D.Green on frame and...

Boy was i hoodwinked.My first 3rd gen was a 4006 from Southern Police Equipment and was sold as VSP trade in..T&E gun actually(with supporting documentation).I am getting old but i thought 4006 was VSP issued sidearm.

speedgunner,if you decide to refinish you can round off triggerguard.did this on 469 i recenently accuired.put 80 grit sanding disc in drillpress,remove grips so it will be flat on drillpress table and contour to desired shape and refinish....its alloy so it will not take more than a few...

Botb...if you are any good at all with tools you can get a set of 457 grips and make your own......did my own cs9 grips from 3913 grips.......took about an hour

i recently got a cs9 on gunbroker for $325.it was black and really nasty inside and the finish was less than desirable so out came the duracoat and a new set of 3913 grips which when NOT cut at all leave the magazine floorplate flush with bottom of the grip but still leaves the finger hook.also...

Pro-Mag 8 rounders work perfectly im my CS9.Picked up 5 at funshow for $10 each.also put 3913 grips on and 7 round CS9 factory mags goes in flush to bottom of grip with just finger hook hanging down.Thinner grip...no extra length and looks like it was supposed to be.

just my .02 but they 6906 grips CAN BE MADE TO FIT!!!!!!!! i have a 469 i modified to accept 6906 grips.took a cut off tool and nipped the ears off the frame at the pin hole and they fit like they belong!if you have a 6906 availible strip both grips and you will see what i mean.i have pics of...
