This is what fixed mine. I also ground down the raised ridges on the frame where the trigger bar rubs, with some grease it fixed it up just fine. Now it's smooth as glass and with 1700 rounds thru it without one hiccup!
I've read muti articles about act 746 and all seem to think that it will have to be sorted out in court with a test case. Hoping the NRA would fund such. Guess we'll see!
auto rack
I tried to get my sigma 40 to "auto-rack" did more than insert the mag lightly...lol. Slammed it pretty damn hard as a matter of fact. Never did autorack. I wished it would to, might come in handy in a firefight... Just my .02 cents :D
Break in
I know a lot of shooter's have had problems with their new Sigmas. But a few 100 rounds through it
and some time dry firing it will fix'em right up. Unless there is a real problem with the gun.

It's true, the trigger is hard to pull. But just like most have said you need to break the gun and your hand in. Just like new jeans and cars there is a certain amount of breaking in and just getting use to it. All guns and rifles and cars for that matter have to get broke in...
