Sigma trigger job on a pinned sear block

You can still do a trigger job on the new pinned sears. It just take a little longer. Remove pigtail spring use a small screw driver to take out the two sear springs. To get the machine marks out of the pin slot just pack it full of Mothers polish and work the sear up and down until its as smooth as butter finish by using a dremel to polish all contact areas.

Oh man, I just saw this, a few minutes after posting my intro and question. Either you guys are fast as lightening or I haven't learned this site well enough yet to search out my questions LOL irregardless, Thanks a TON for posting this how to. That answers all my question in one post. Thanks again.
