That is just one of the main reasons I left Chicago and moved to Indiana. It got too expensive to live there with taxes and prices such as parking.

If I sell or buy a gun from someone here, how does the seller send it and how does the buyer pay for it?

I just learned that the barrel has a bulge, should I assume the gun is 1). Not able to be fired and 2). Unsellable? The bulge isn't noticeable and is located above the "&".
