I feel for you!! I have the same issue. Poor seating ( Flight RN) in a Bell 206 and numerous back injuries from EMS work over the years. Sciatica pain is nothing to sneeze at. First move that wallet!! And consider a shoulder holster. I carry my 1066 in one without issue, back pain, or worrying...

When I got my CCW I used to carry a 6" Anaconda 44 mag with 2 speed loaders in a cheap nylon shoulder holster. Been in a few places I shouldn't have been, but was never suspected. Amazingly enough it was pretty comfortable. I have tried IWB, but between back pain, and unable to sit for long...

I don't see getting rid of any of mine, however I carry my 1066 daily CCW. I love the 10mm, but for looks the 645 is hard to beat. I don't carry the 645 because a lack of holsters for it. Take care and God Bless HT
