My work gun is a Colt 10.5" M4. I have no regrets about purchasing a S&W M&P MOE as my personal AR. Smith functions and I actually enjoy shooting it more than the Colt. Comparing apples to oranges but I have both Smith and Colt revolvers that are a hundred years old. I shoot them both...

Your M&P should operate fine with Wolf or Tula. Personally I don't use them but that is because is mainly because I try to use American made ammo.

I've seen the Mueller listed for around $230.

I'm going to try the Mueller Speed Shot Rifle Scope 1-4 x 24mm. It has an illuminated reticle. If anyone has had any problems with this model please chime in.

Although expensive the 62 grain Federal bonded round should function in your 1:9 twist barrel. Reliably feeds, good expansion and excellent penetration. Federal made a 55 grain bonded cartridge but I haven't been able to find those in a while. I bought a couple boxes of Winchester PDX 60 grain...

Don't think you'll miss the FA or dust cover. I have a class III Colt and a S&W MOE and have never used the FA on either. Ammo starting to come around. Enjoy your gun. Nice thing with the Sport is you can add accessories at your leisure. Everyone I know with a Sport have no regrets.
