    .327 FM Ammo?

I know this is not best solution, 32 ACP has just enough rim to shoot in revolvers. Accuracy surprised me in a 32 H&R, Good luck. John Browning said 32 ACP was enough gun for a gentleman!

    Raptor Engineering

Was Raptor Engineering spared from the wild fires? They posted on their website on 8/19 that they were closing down for safety reasons. Hope they were spared!

Small Pistol Primers for .357 Mag

I agree with everything said here. You can load 38 or 357 without magnum primers by using faster powders. Only powder I use with magnum primers is H110 or W296. Never "load down" either of those powders either. Always stay between starting and maximum loads with those slow powders.

    Engraved M66-2

Love that minimal engraving. Most engraved guns, are too busy. This to me, is just right! That is a beauty!

    Total lack of common sense

Last night in St. Louis a closed pawn shop was broken into and the armed guard was killed, he was a retired SLPD officer, his wife is still an active officer. Several gun stores in the area have removed guns from display. Walmart stores in this area still sell hunting type guns, but are now...

    44 wadcutters

I placed an order with Rim Rock. I think this is what I'm looking for. I liked Matt's bullets, but they are hard alloy, have to bump up charge for optimum accuracy. I would really like to find swaged, but have never seen any in .44 cal. The old National Bullets in 190 grain were great, too bad...

    44 wadcutters

Anyone know someone that sells cheap 44 wadcutters. I used National bullets for years, 190 grain copper coated, accurate in all guns, my supply is exhausted. I have used Matt's bullets, he has several excellent ones, his are higher priced, although excellent in every way. I really don't need a...

2 S&W .357 Magnum revolvers today at Cabelas

Well buddy, that nickel 19 just caused me to make a 140 mile round trip to my closest Cabela's in Hazelwood, MO. That was a complete waste of time. High new gun prices, higher used gun prices. Glad someone got lucky. I would have bought them too, in the same order too! 19 then 686, I would have...

    Governor and Liberty +P ammo

I can't imagine the long throat of a Governor will not drop velocity and accuracy to a great extent. Hot ammo always will accelerate wear on a firearm, but I can't imagine anyone who buys a Governor, doing enough target practice to greatly damage the gun.

Which Smith & Wesson 44 magnum would you buy???'s

I have a 5" 629-3 that is my favorite shooter. Without a doubt has best trigger, and is most inherently accurate revolver in the safe.

    New gun issues

Well I seemed to have the cylinder binding solved. I greased the ratchet with grease and dry fired the gun about 500 times. Yesterday I fired around 300 rounds with never a hiccup. Measurements of bc gap and end shake all appear in spec. This gun does flatten primers to a greater extent than...

    Winchester Small Pistol Primers

Thank you all for the above replies. bigedp51's reply was most informative. I have since found out that CCI primers are definitely harder than Winchester primer. I never did receive a reply that I sent to Winchester/Olin. Again, thank you all. I knew the loads I was referencing were well below...
