    m&p 9mm 4.25" barrel holster question

Not a traditional holster in that it only covers the trigger guard, but the Raven Concealment Vanguard 2 is what I use. It's 'meant' for AIWB, but I carry it at about 4'o'clock and don't have any issues. Printing is negligible and it's swappable from right handed to left handed. The only...

    Mail order ammo

I'm another Freedom Munitions fan. I go with the 500 rounds of remanufactured 115 gr. 9mm. It shoots clean and reliable in my FS M&P. And it went fine the few times it's been through Glocks or Beretta 92s.

    One happy M&P lady!

Congratulations! And don't let anyone tell you women can't shoot as well as men. That's utter ****. You got second best in your class, period.

    M&P auto's

You got it backwards. It's an old term that fell by the way side, still used by revolver aficionados. But you know us young folks, we're all about what our great grandparents did, straight razors, homemade cheese, and small batch beer. :D Though I'd never say no to a full auto M&P, they'd just...

    Practice ammo for new shooter

I'd recommend trying to get your hands on better ammo. If shipping is OK, or if you can find plenty of people to get together to buy in bulk and cut down on shipping costs consider Ammunition Online at Factory Direct Prices | Freedom Munitions | Handgun Ammo & Rifle Ammo I've had a lot of luck...

    M&P9C: The California Unicorn

Congratulations! That's a good find! Leave it in the safe and save it for a rainy day, just in case. And with any luck California's laws will be ruled unconstitutional and you'll be able to use it.

    M&P auto's

Auto as in Autoloader. Not as in automatic. And I agree no grip safety necessary. There's already a drop safety. And if you want a safety to disable the trigger you can get a frame safety.

What back strap do you use on your M&P?

Large for better finger placement on the trigger. I just switched from the medium so I'm still getting used to it.

Thanks, sounds pretty good. I'll keep it in mind.

Holster Review: The Treadstone from Overwatch Holsters

How difficult is reholstering in this? Is there any collapse to it?

    Will a S&W M&P last for 50 years?

That's the attitude of your generation. Disposable everything. Thankfully we're learning from your mistakes and understanding that plastic is too durable to waste on disposable things.

    Raven Concealment VanGuard 2

Does it hide it well with a tucked in shirt or does it look a bit lumpy? The appendix carry option interested me, but I've always felt it might be too bulky up front. Did you get the original or the two?

On average how many rounds to break in an M&P 9

I wouldn't pay much attention to these posts. Even if you see a dozen in a few months think about the number of people not having issues with it. In fact just look at this thread, plenty of us haven't had a single issue for this one owner's problems.

On average how many rounds to break in an M&P 9

Sounds like you have a serious problem. I'm somewhere between round 300 and 400 through my 9FS and I've yet to have a single problem. 100 rounds of Winchester White Box followed by the rest being Freedom Munitions 115 gr. Reman Round Nose. Like everyone else said, check the mags and check your...

    Raven Concealment VanGuard 2

Minimal is my go to think, being in Florida dressing light is important. I use FrogLube, too, so I wasn't too worried about that. How low does it sit in your waistband?
