Make sure you're entering ONLY your zip code and last name. I don't recall being asked for a phone number or dealer name when filling out the form and giving too much information will only get you a message saying there is no record.

Milano handles rebates for other companies besides S&W. Maybe some of them ask for a phone number on their rebate forms. You only need to enter your zip code and last name.

Mine has shown the amount total since Friday when I first noticed it was there. It shows the entry date as April 23rd, I think about a week after I submitted it online.

If you look at the Approved Firearms Roster, dated 03-2017 at http://www.mass.gov/eopss/docs/chsb/firearms/approvedfirearmsroster10-2016.pdf it lists only "Bodyguard 380", not any specific model. I think I'd try a different shop.

I bought one Friday. FDE, no laser. Took it to the range yesterday and ran 50 rounds through it. The trigger takes a bit of getting used to, but I like it. My only complaint was that it was dry as a bone, didn't seem to have a drop of oil on it. Now I need to get reloading dies.

Check Amazon. They have a classic kit for $232.95 that includes almost everything except dies. The kit comes with the auto-drum powder measure rather than the auto-disk.

If you're anywhere near Myerstown, you might want to check out Enck's Gun Barn. They're right on Main Ave and always have plenty of powder and primers whenever I stop in. They also have a pretty good selection of bullets, brass and reloading equipment.

Lee 38 and 44 spl dies are also used for 357 and 44 magnum.
