This is exactly what I did to my 9c.. What a difference it made, I couldn't believe it. But it's still about 90% as I did not have a block for my sand paper, and did not want to round off those "Angles" too much. I almost bought the USB kit, but this did the trick for me!

Thanks! After wetsanding I used the "Black Emery" compound that came with my polishing kit. Black emery is my favorite compound, it does alot of work for you. Even when working with something soft as aluminum the red and white compounds didn't do much for me.. So I never use them
