Mine is for 'range use only'; with moon clips either in bag/ammo can, or on the old Calif. belt style moon clip holders.

They do come in pairs ya know.....the one you really want shows up just after you buy the one you almost want....

I only put 18 rounds thru an older 6" 29 a buddy had. I didn't see any advantage, and I didn't like the noise. Almost never see them on the range.
