Yep, finding them is tough. Then, figuring out what to pay is also tough. Not sure if the 4th addition values are currently overly optimistic? under priced or spot on..... Again, not easy to tell.........Then there is how to accurately rate cond. But am semi new to these. So, maybe its just me.:)
