Ergo Delta Grip came in yesterday. Fast shipping.
They are hideously ugly but surprisingly comfortable.
First off, they are the same length as the factory boot grips but allow all three fingers on the grip instead of two as with the Smith grips.
They cover the backstrap, huge improvement...
I became fascinated by the Ergo Delta Grips that Pizza Bob recommended.
So, after a short wait Ergo emailed me that they're now in stock.
Ordered a set today.
I'll post photos after I receive them.
I've owned a 340PD .357mag for some time and frankly, I just can't stand to pull the trigger on it again.
I'd like to keep it stoked with .357s (currently using Federal Hydra Shok Reduced Recoil) but am looking for improved grips.
The boot grips that this revolver is shipped with are punishing...
I like the new Ford grills too.
Shoot, Ford owned Aston Martin for years, might as well get something for the tens of millions of dollars they sunk into the brand to save it from extinction.
I owned a mod 53 Jet with 8.375" barrel and .22lr auxillary cylinder.
I liked it a lot but I hardly ever fired .22 Jets and my mod 17s out shot it in .22lr.
Sold it in a moment of weakness. I've always regretted that.
I went to men's restroom in a restaurant and when leaving a sign on the back of the door read "LADIES". It was a joke of course but it scared me until I realized I'd just used a urinal.
I installed the Timney 3# trigger in my M&P-15T. Huge improvement.
My only complaint is that my CMMG .22lr upper refused to work reliably with the Timney, but after sharpening the firing pin and cutting 1.5 coils from the firing pin return spring all is well.
The 22A shoots just fine and at the price I paid I shouldn't have expected more, but, I'm a big S&W fan and own / have owned dozens of their products.
I found the internal construction to be crude at best compared to what I've become accustomed to from S&W.
For the market it was designed to...
I purchased one the first year of production.
I was shocked to see how poorly built it was upon disassembly.
Easily S&W's low water mark or maybe a tie with the M&P 22 for that honor.
Gave it to my BIL. It shoots good and he likes it.
