I like my SW40ve. I installed the Apex trigger (trigger only, not the kit) and it seemed to shorten the pull. Feels much better to me and have had no problems with it, 180g included.

The sights on my sw40ve are stock and not very bright, could just be dirty don't know. Was wondering if anyone knows who has better sights. Don't want hi end just better, it's only a sigma 2nd generation after all. My eyes aren't as good as they used to be either. Happy New Year.

Had a tough time putting it in myself. I polished the seer and put an Apex trigger on, didn't modify or change springs at all. I also touched up some other areas. Definitely improved trigger pull. Now I just need to shoot it.

To compare any situation I may find myself having to defend to what a LEO would be in isn't the same. Most people surrender when a LEO identifies themselves and won't shoot. I'm not the law so no combat light for me. I do have a handheald tac light that I might use to blind the assailant but...
