    Iver Johnson experts?

No other patent dates listed, it does fit .38 so I'm going to call it a .38 not a .32. I know their value is low but a cool piece of history. Just like to know what I have

    Iver Johnson experts?

I've seen some descriptions of patent dates and serial number prefixes, but what confuses me is the prefix for my stamped patent dates should be F not G for an 1899. (Almost) No desire to fire it.

15-22: good for 11 yr daughter?

Well we decided on a Henry lever action youth 22, thought it would make a better her own first rifle and then in a few summers pick her up something more. She really liked the lever action and not having brass coming back at her. So thanks for the input do appreciate the information

15-22: good for 11 yr daughter?

Absolutely agree with firearm safety for young ones. This is something I preach to all my children from an early age. I have taken her to the Dept of Conservation firearm training for her age group and would only continue proper respect and safety training for firearms.

15-22: good for 11 yr daughter?

Thanks for the input, I plan on taking her to try one on for size this weekend. I think she's going to like the muddy girl pattern

15-22: good for 11 yr daughter?

Contemplating getting one for my daughter (11), left eye dominant and left handed. She is a decent shot but needs something lighter than her 10-22. So far this is the top of my list, but any info can help.

SMith and Wesson model 66-1 vs colt king cobra

I agree with the trigger on a smith being much smoother, the colts I have fired all felt mechanical, if that makes sense, and a heavier pull. Plus with the price difference you could pick up another. win win

    K frame or Security Six?

Which do you consider better? I know the trigger on my 66-3 has an easier pull and the sights for me are easier to line up. My security six has always been a favorite but this 66-3 is new to me so...
