I thought about getting a Gunsite edition model at one time, they look very nice but not cheap.

I bought a Glock 30 about 9 years ago, it has performed flawlessly. It's rugged and has fired everything I put in it. I carry it everyday and never think twice about it.

What about a S&W 1911, I didn't read any comments on them.

I read on another forum to put the wood in the dish washer and run it thru on the pots and pans setting. After letting the wood dry for about a week refinish it with tung oil finish.
