Justified

I loved it when his Pop pulled out the Louisville slugger in the diner. Tuned them up real good! I like the show.

I've only seen one episode, where he killed his ex-friend that he mined coal with. I might be mistaken, but it looked like he used a 1911.

I really enjoy this show. He says in a later episode that he used a Sig 226 to kill the guy in Miami, but he seems to have settled on a pair of Glocks now. Since he shoots somebody almost every week he probably has a closet full of Glocks to replace all the ones that wind up in evidence.

I like how he managed to shoot the guy in his girlfriend's kitchen square in the chest, but its implied he only wounded him on purpose based on his knowlege of human anatomy. Now that's some shooting.
Remember how The Rifleman would kill four guys every time he went into town to buy some nails or whatever? Imagine the dozens of Colt single actions he must have by now. And saddles and fast draw holsters.

I make sure the DVR is set for it every week now. Seems that his character hasn't changed much since Deadwood.

Pretty good show! IMHO, Oliphant's read on this character is actually quite different than in Deadwood, where he seemed like a barely in control guy ready to explode at any moment. Fascinating character!
Here in Justified, he seems much more laid back, has a sense of humor, and that deceptively friendly demeanor of someone who shouldn't be messed with. The only time he gets pissed is when someone mentions his dear old Dad..

Time for a Dirty Harry Remake

I have enjoyed the show too.

After watching his mannerisms and limited dialogue, I think it's time Hollywood does a re-make of the original Dirty Harry using Oliphant.

I can't think of any other actors out there now that move and have that same quiet voice that Eastwood had. I'd go see it if....and only if...........the Model 29 is in it. That's the real star of the movie anyway!
