I just picked one up today and I'm looking forward to shooting it. Iv'e been looking for one for a long time and they are kinda hard to find. I found this one on vacation and I had to give almost MSRP for it!

I gave the 500 grips some thought. We'll see how the vz's feel first. They should be here Tuesday.

I just picked up a Model 69. Now I have about a dozen 44 mags. I hope to get to the range this weekend. Anybody else here have one? What do you think? What loads does yours like? Will any L frame leather fit? I'll post pics later tonight.

Here it is with the grips on. The right grip is cracked, and has been "glued" to keep if from falling apart. I did email the gun shop in Munich. They surprisingly responded. They did not have any info on the gun.

I'm not dismissing the gun. I think it is pretty cool. I don't collect a set genre of Smith's or guns for that matter. I buy what I like.

I pick up an engraved Victory over the weekend. It was engraved in Munich at Waffen Krausser. Does anybody know anything about these. It came with a set of Stag grips, one of which is cracked pretty bad, but they have got to be close to the age of the gun. Any help would be great.

Yes it has Made in USA on the right side, and has diamond center checkered grips with no medallion. The grips do have the serial number written in pencil on one of the panels. Thank you for your help.

I picked up a Model 1905 32-20 today, and would like to know what year it might have been shipped. SN# 1196xx. It has a 5 inch barrel and is nickel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
