I did because I shoot the compact better. Never could shoot the Shield as well but it did carry more concealed.

The stippling on the frame and backstrap works fantastic to keep the pistol in place but the trigger looks like it might be a different material.

I don't seem to have an issue with any 1911's or my revolvers with serrated triggers. I got the idea from looking at them.

Why would you consider this a joke? Handguns have had serrated triggers for this specific reason for as long as they have been made.

Has anyone stippled or serrated their trigger face? My finger has been sliding around a good bit lately on the smooth surface and I am wondering if stippling it might be the answer. Trying to keep it indexed in the right spot is impossible.

Nope, I ordered a 9mm with standard 1/2x28RH threading (part #39791), all three times. And according to four S&W employees "we no longer offer the 9mm M13.5x1LH (#39256), there are none in house, and there is no way you could have gotten one". Not to mention that this time the thread protector...

I am using one as well and I am very happy with it.
