Has anyone stippled or serrated their trigger face? My finger has been sliding around a good bit lately on the smooth surface and I am wondering if stippling it might be the answer. Trying to keep it indexed in the right spot is impossible.

While the stock triggers are very smooth in texture, I have not found them to be a problem, but that's just me. I'm sure you could rough it up a bit or stipple it to your liking. Or if you don't care for it at all, you can get the AEK trigger from Apex. No sliding around with that one.

Your gonna get blisters wherever you rough the surface up. I'd put up with the slippery trigger or see if someone sells a trigger that suits your needs.

Interesting that you bring this up.Ive been playing with an old rifle of mine and that smooth trigger in combination with a little heavy pull is annoying.

I don't seem to have an issue with any 1911's or my revolvers with serrated triggers. I got the idea from looking at them.

The stippling on the frame and backstrap works fantastic to keep the pistol in place but the trigger looks like it might be a different material.
