Well, until we can get Chicago in it's own separate state, the political situation is unlikely to change. I don't think so. :( As stated in my original post, other online merchants are able to comply with Illinois law without all the hassles and hoops to jump through.

This is the third time this has happened. Gunbot.net indicated Cabela's had some 9 mm ammo at a decent price. I go to their website and am able to "put the ammo in my cart". Go to checkout and a note states that since I live in Illinois, I must place the order by phone through their gun dept...

I use the BrassStacker as well. It's a little pricy, but works great and I like the lanyard.

Had the same problem. Couldn't get the slide to lock. Racked it several times and it finally "caught". Now it seems to be okay. Go figure?

Just picked mine up at the LGS!

Ordered mine on the 13th and finally got the tracking # today.

Still no tracking number on my order placed on 3/13. Was at my LGS yesterday and asked if they would "release" the order as someone else had mentioned. The kid behind the counter looked at me funny, said he'd check with the guy in the back of the store. That guy said they never have to...
