    Great example! Us gun owners have computers. I personally know enough to get me by with upgrades, speed, etc. but most gun owners don't know that. Same as computer geeks who want a pistol for self defense. They don't know what we know, but they still have it.

    I've always wanted a classic Charter .44 spl. These new ones just don't have the fit and finish that the old ones did. Very dissapointing- otherwise I'd have one by now. So, I have an Alaskan instead. Much more fun, and easy to hide. :D

    I was just about to comment about that after reading the bear spray post. Seeing that the OP is in such a tight area, she too will be affected by the spray. If bear spray is that much more concentrated, it'll be that much worse to the sprayer. Whereas a gun doesn't spray you back... Check...

    Pawn shops are a great place to find something. Word of warning though- know what your looking at! See if they can hold something for 24 hours if you find anything, and do the research on the price, and flaws. That way you know specificly what to look for in certain trouble areas... I.e...

    It's normal for it to come loose. Loctite is fine- just make sure it's the kind that'll break loose. Otherwise, clear nail polish works ok, too... Just steal some from your G/F, wife, or sister lol.
