I just picked this up from my FFL today, ordered from Tombstone Tactical. Mounted a CT Universal Rail Master laser on her. This is my third 3rd Gen pistol, it's turning into a crack-like addiction at this point.......:D:D:cool:

A 442 and recently a .40 Shield No-Safety model are my primary carry. I personally could never master drawing a pistol and disengaging an external safety in a simulated stressful situation. I just want to be able to draw and fire without any sort of delay. My life my depend on it.

This is an excellent example of a 3rd Generation DA/SA S&W 5926. No noticeable blemishes or wear. This is the frame mounted decocker version of the 5906. This would be an excellent addition to any S&W pistol collection. Comes with two 15 round factory magazines...
That is the truest statement robertrwalsh. You can have the fanciest hollowpoint ammo on the market, but if you cannot effectively place rounds where needed, you are f***** anyways.
Went to Mega Sports in Plainfield, IL today to look for some SD ammo for my new S&W 5926. I settled on 2 25rd boxes of Remington Golden Sabers. Prior research I did on the load apparently showed they preform very well, as much so as Gold Dot's or HST. Can anyone confirm this? Has anyone ever had...
Yeah it's pretty sick, and it is a DA/SA. The decocking lever puts the hammer into a half cock position, so your first DA trigger pull is lighter, and there's no safety :D
I traded a CZ-75B SA for this pistol. I couldn't pass up the opportunity on owning such a gorgeous 3rd Gen. pistol. It was sitting in someones safe since the early 90's and only has had 50 rounds through it. I ran 2 50rd boxes of 135gr +P Critical Duty through it so far and has functioned...
