You may want to shop around the internet a bit, you should be able to find them for 20 to 25 dollars a lot of places.

The only .40s I own are M&Ps and I have never had any problems reloading with my standard Lee resizing die. I had a HK .40c before, but got rid of it before I started reloading .40.

You will also need a different shellholder as well. Personally, I would just buy the correct dies.
