Hi All, Mr Jenkins wasn't kidding about a 4 month period to receive a Historical Letter! My check cleared 5-30 and the letter arrived today, 10-21. Hey, I got it!! Anyway see pics. Grips look too good? Barrel blueing faded away? Cylinder still Bluish? Criticisms/comments welcome. Ray

Hi, .22 BB Caps are powered by primer only. They are not cheap!

Agree, I paid $230 for mine. Locks up tight and will try some BB caps one of these days. SN on right grip matches that on butt and assembly numbers also match.

Hi All, Just got this Mod 1 2d Issue. SN 74426. Gleaned from the web: Probably made in 1864 or 1865; probably shipped to J W Storr, NYC (S&W's sole agent until 1868). Does anyone have a more accurate history? Thanks, Ray
