Yeah I was a step ahead.. thats the first thing I did after I posted this in the morning and gave it a test fire and decided to check back here lol, I knew it looked a little thick :p It was backing off the bolt just enough to cause an issue.

I added a rubber grommet myself to try to quiet up the action noise, thinking out loud that maybe its binding on the bolt or not letting everything run smoothly

youre going to need a .2 spacer as the threads are too long and your suppressor will bottom out which will over pressure your blast chamber/baffle.

While we are on this topic I thought I would ask about the replacement disconnecter spring mounting crooked and if the first coil should be slanted or not because that's the only way I could make it fit into the gun:confused: this is my first ar so i dont know too much about the guts.

I looked at the PEPR pretty hard but was reading some issues of it not mounting straight ( QD version ) so that had me a bit worried. they do seem like a good mount though so how does it run with your setup?

I may be wrong, but I thought the spacer was used to not over pressure the blast baffle and to help with not bottoming out/ messing up w/ anything else?

You need a spacer in order to use a suppressor as the threads are too long and the suppressor would bottom out, the spacer should be .200 thick x .700 diameter or so, there is a website out there that makes these .3 thick and is threaded on the inside for proper shouldering.
