I picked one up, It was advertised in the classifieds on this site. 4" Has some bluing wear on the muzzle, i'm sure from being carried, but other than that it hasn't been shot much at all by the looks of the recoil face, cylinder. I have not shot it yet. Need to do that. Grips were marked 1983...

never had a problem with the solid metal clips except once in awhile one will get a little bent and the cylinder won't turn freely. it happens. i would load em and drop em in the cylinder and make sure it turns.

yes the trigger has diamond cut serations on it, the trigger is grooved, and the original stocks are checkered. Its a Combat Masterpiece according to the paperwork/box.

I wouldn't think so, Can't see it hurting anything performance wise. If you bought it new and thats the way it came I would see if your dealer or factory would replace it if it bothers you.

I just bought a used 625JM as well. Hardly shot by the looks of it. I'm less than impressed. Gun shoots way high right. You know doesn't it just piss you off that you buy this revolver thinking this is a real high quality gun and there are issues with the muzzle crown. Thats just crap. I'll look...
