With the Comp Tac International I can not say that I have seen any noticeable wearing on my M&P CORE. However, on my Sig 1911 used in the 1911 Comp Tac there is a small amount of wearing on top of the slide in front of the ejection port...but I haven't played around with the tension screw too...
