    If you’re will to consider a nylon holster, I have a Bulldog Extreme #19 that fits my full size M&P M9 with an Olight Baldr Mini. The straps are adjustable so it flexible enough to fit a lot of combinations.

    S&W CSX field strip question

    Watched a video on the new CSX and I was surprised to see that it requires a tool to take out the takedown lever to field strip it. Maybe its because I’ve only owned M&Ps and Glocks but I’ve never heard of removing the takedown lever to break down a pistol. Is this common?

    Busted the barrel wrench for my M&P 22 Compact today. Email S&W support about a replacement but I was wondering if anyone has found a better quality version for sale anywhere. I’d like to have an extra just in case.

    What's up with the MP22 compact???

    They’ve been getting the M&P 22 C at my LGS pretty regularly. Traded my G44 in for one a few weeks ago and love it. My LGS told me their S&W rep said they slowed production on them to focus on 9mms and the new Shield but started ramping up production late summer.

    We’ve started seeing some coyotes in our suburban neighborhood so Ive been looking at .22 LR defense ammo for critters. Defense rounds aren’t just for criminals, after all. I would recommend the Personal Defense Punch. Its been very reliable and accurate in my Glock 44. I like the Velocitors...

    SAI Tier One Smith & Wesson M&P | Products | Salient Arms Details here. Wouldn’t mind shooting one sometime but too rich for my blood. You could almost buy a case of 9mm for that. ;-)

    The Salient Arms site has their custom Tier 1 M&P for about $2400 so I dont think the LGS is out of line. I bought my M&P M9 2.0 last year for about $550. If you really want that specific Salient model, go for it. If you’re just looking for an M9, you can get a base model and upgrade the trigger...

    Magazines

    Just wanted to followup on this and thank Jurek for the tip. Ordered two M&P mags from Greg Saturday. Got confirmation within hours and they arrived today. Authentic mags, still sealed, fit my M9 like a glove. Will run them at range this weekend. Definitely recommend Greg and will buy again
