Busted the barrel wrench for my M&P 22 Compact today. Email S&W support about a replacement but I was wondering if anyone has found a better quality version for sale anywhere. I'd like to have an extra just in case.
I had the opposite problem most people. The barrel nut on my non suppressor ready 22 compact kept coming loose. I couldn't get it tight enough to stay put and Locktite failed when the barrel got hot. I tightened it once with this wrench and got it tight enough to stay put. Lot of money for a tool I used once but no regrets.
