The Carry and Range Kit. A little early as my birthday is next month, but it was on sale and she decided to get it now before the sale ended. Mostly wanted the extra mag, and the loader wasn't a bad addition.

I think I owe her a Beretta A400 12ga for hers now.

Went to the range today to test her out.

I really like this pistol a lot. I was keeping all the shots in the red by the second mag.

I tried all the different backstraps, and it was a hard choice. I like the trimness of the small, the medium filled my palm about right, and the large brought my hand back to make trigger reach to a more comfortable distance.

I ended up using the large, as I shot the best with it.

The trigger works, but it could Just a little lighter. It feels like it stages and builds to a heavy break. I can use it, obviously... but I wouldn't mind a nicer feel.

I was looking at the Apex parts, but I am unsure what parts to get.

Yet another pistol for me to spend my money on.

First striker fired I have had for almost a decade.

Also thinking about some tritium sights. These look really nice.

Seen some Ameriglos that might work as well. I like the idea of a high visibility front and a blacked out look rear. Then a tritium 3 dot for low light.

Welcome aboard from the great state of Pennsylvania!

Welcome from Wisconsin! I suggest you shoot the gun a lot before you spend money on any trigger upgrades. They get better most of the time, at least mine did. Of course mine are strictly for SD carry & if I were to get into competitive shooting I'd probably go the Apex route.

Welcome from Texas marine6680. Great forum for all things S&W, have fun, learn lots, share what you know.

Nice pistol there.
