AlienGear ShapeShift for m2.0 4"??

Move this if its in the wrong place, like if it should have been in the "holster forum".

I was wondering if anyone ever had any luck with using the 2.0 9c 4" with the m&p 9 1.0 shapeshift shell? If so do you have any photos or know where i can find what luck people have had?

So, I did get some photos from a dude in an M&P only forum site, and he said it works great when using the 2.0 compact in the 1.0 9 shell. I have ordered it and I will post photos, if there are others that want to also know if it fits. Spoiler (looks like it does).

I just want to make sure I have all my carry options with what I have.&#55357;&#56397;

I'm curious, myself, and would appreciate any follow up info. I have the 3.6" but am in the same boat where holsters are concerned...

Just got a message this morning from another fellow that his works great for the 4” and there is a bit of gap at the end, I would wonder if the 1.0 compact shell would fit the 3.6.

In my case you can see that the gap doesn’t seem to be a hinderance, but it may on yours, my main concern was retention, but I will get some photos up to share and show the fit when it gets here. I usually have the Shield in mine, but the 2.0 option will be nice.

So I have 2 people that say it fits great!

My new 2.0 3.6 would go into my 9c holster, but very hard to get out. Got the right holster for it, and it works like a greased pig. Foxtrotconcelament for the win! IWB

MHO, based on experience, get the right one!

The “right one” for me would be the foxtrot if it were tuckable.

They don't make a tuckable version....yet.

I may have no choice but to go with the non tuckable if I want a correct fit holster in the near future. I just hate to spend $35 bucks and rhen a couple weeks later find out the tuckable version comes out and have to soend another $35. Bit no one will give me an eatimate when they might come out with dedicated 3.6” tuckable.

I would really like the Bravo concealment torsion. But as yet they only make a 4” version.

Send Ryan, of Foxtrotconcealment a note - he is pretty good at getting back to you. I kow he is using his own gun as a model.

Already have emailed Ryan. You are right seems like a nice guy and quick to respond. He even sentnme a licture of the 3.6” holster. He Confirmed it is not tuckable and has no tuckable version YET. . I asked about just installing tuckable clip on the existing holster, and he said they are not compatible and he has to make a new mold for tuckable clip mounting location.

Sure wish he or another manufacturer will make a tuckable version soon!

Concealment express has a tuckable, but is very minimalistic and no sweat shield. They also do NOT yet have a specific nontuck version but it is on the list for 3.6” specific holster. Told to call back in anfew weeks or a month for better estimate of when they will have a 3.6” holster acsilable.

I got the shell, and it fits well, the normal tention unit seemed to be bad, so they are sending me a new one so i have the push button retainer in there, just to see how it fits and rides. Feels like it was made for it. there is a small gap at theend you can see, but doesnt seem to affect anything and its not sloppy at all.

Went to the Home Depot to get some charcoal, used this setup and nobody noticed.... which is obviously the point of concealed carry, but this was a big difference for “me” from the shield to the 2.0, but in the shapeshift its just as comfortable. The more agressive grips stuck to my shirt a little more, but when cold season starts this could be great. I have 2 s&w pieces i can use woth the system... now they just need a J frame shapeshift so all of my CC equipment can come out sometimes.

Holster fit

I purchased a new compact 2.0 and am awaiting delivery. I called CrossBreed Holsters and asked if my full size nine holster from them would work and they said it would. On their site, the list the suppertuck to fit the full size, compact both. I also saw an ad in the American Handgunner for a CrossBreed just for the Compact 2.0. I would check them out.

Hey there man I just recently became the owner of a MP 2.0 4inch and I was wondering since you found a holster that would work and it was a shape shifter would you send me the link so I can find it easier

I have some of the Alien holsters, the tuck 3.5 I think but not the one pictured but I had issue with the gun butt rubbing against my skin and asked if they were going to make one that has a little more protection in the gun butt area but I'm apparently the only one with that issue.
