Not going to be a Double Naught Spy or anything. I just want something to hold the pistol upright and protect it somewhat.
Anyone pocket carry Beretta Bobcat?

In my jeans I’m able to wedge the gun into the very bottom of my front pocket, which keeps it pointed down and reasonably secure. Your jeans or choice of pants may or may not have different shaped pockets that aren’t suitable for this arrangement.
I carry mine hammer down and safety off, so the first pull is DA.

I've tried several pocket holsters, and found this Jackson Leatherworks to work well. It covers the trigger and hammer, yet provides good purchase on grip. And it stays upright in my front pocket no matter what I'm wearing.

My favorite Pocket holsters are made by Mika's Pocket Holsters. He's got a website you can look up. He's a one man shop and sometimes it takes a week or two or three for delivery, but they are well made and they work! He makes these for your gun. You can get them with a rounded bottom for pants that have a tapered pocket bottom, or he makes them with a square bottom to keep them upright in pants (cargo, etc) that have square bottoms.
I have one on order right now with a square bottom to hold a Sig P365 in my cargo shorts pocket. He will usually contact you after he receives your order to confirm with an email. He's a retired police officer and has been making these for a long while now. I've got some of his early holsters and he has continually improved them. I think they are great for the purpose! DeSantis Nemesis Holster or Aker pocket holsters have carried Beretta 21As, Beretta 950s, Seecamp .25 and .32s, Kahr PM9s, Walther P22 & ppks for me for years. Best this about the DeSantis Nemesis Holster is it lasts for ever and is under $20 brand new.

You can do this, maybe, with just the right combination of gun and pocket...
But the gun will be exposed to crud and anything else in the pocket. If the pants are form-fitting the gun may "print", and if loose the gun will move around some. A pocket holster may be the best idea here.

I will add my endorsement for the Mika pocket holster. I ordered mine last April and have been using it since it arrived. Robert suggested a square cut holster for the Beretta 21A (Bobcat) which he also carries so I took his advice. It is very well made, comfortable in jeans front pockets, and fits the pistol well. I intend to order one or two for my S&W J-frames but right now I'm still carrying the Beretta.
