Very nice ! I just recently picked up a speed six myself. My gunsmith put Wolf springs in it and tuned the action. I’m going to have the spare hammer further bobbed to be like the Ruger factory DAO hammer.

Where?? When I get a 686 Mountain Gun I want to get it nitrided, but nobody I've looked into does revolvers.

Very cool! I'm assuming the finish was matte to begin with? My understanding is that Nitron takes on the same appearance (only black) as the finish of the bare metal. I plan to get the 686MG highly polished, so the Nitron will look blued, like on this P210 Carry:

I had them bead blast it first. I thought about having them do one of my polished pythons to see what it would look like. My 66 is already blasted.
