Default 8mm Lebel

I asked some time ago and got some feedback, but figured I'd see if anything new comes out.

Is anyone loading for this rifle? I have done a little, but not much. I mostly use IMR 3031 and 175 grain Sierras. I might go to the Remington 185 PSPs.

I don't find a cartridge trimmer with .32 pilots. Any tricks for trimming?

Can't recall the load right now but in the past when shooting my Berthier M1907/15 rifle I used new Graf & Sons 8x50R brass and 8x57 bullets culled from my stash of Turk 8mm ammo (any cases with a cracked neck gave up their bullets). Shot right to point of aim at 100yds.

I use IMR 4895 and Speer 170 grain .323 soft points in Bertram brass. I have a Mle 86/93 and am absolutely amazed at the accuracy of the thing at 100 yards. I use it as a single shot as I do not trust spitzers in the tube magazine, although the Bertram brass has a groove around the primer to prevent contact between the bullet and primer. It is an awful lot of fun to shoot. My Grandfather was a US Marine in WW 1 and I think of him every time I shoot it.

Hmmm? Every cartridge trimmer I ever saw had interchangable pilots. They are available in darn near every bullet diameter ever used. If ya can't find one the ecact diameter you want , any competant gunsmith or machine shop should be able to grind a larger one down.

Default .32 pilot

Well, I find one (1) for a Forster power trimmer that is 0.323 inch. The others are one (1) which is 0.321 inch, which I'm assuming would be for 32 Win. Spec. and one (1)for a three-way trim/ chamfer. The Forster will fit Redding and Hornady, so I guess that'll do. Thanks.
