Default RCBS Green Machine???

What was the fail with these to the point of discontinuing them? I’ve read they were prone to going out of timing. That seems like it would be an engineering modification to the cases advancing. The concept of the press seems like a good sound application. It almost seems like the inline press design would be calling out for a rotating crank handle setup with gears turning to keep a conveyer chain moving. Even if it was manual advance similar to how the Dillon 550 has the rotating star that would still be pretty fast and easy while still being progressive. And it would seem to be far easier from a manufacturing standpoint to make a press from bar stock than having to mill everything to work in a circular rotation.
