Powder has the same price on the Winchesters.

I just ordered some from Miwall...
...the prices were good but the hazmat fee was $45. It was about the same for Fedex and UPS. I see UPS charges $33 and Fedex charges $19.95 for hazmat, so Miwall is giving themselves some cushion. I would have bought more to minimize the hazmat fee, but I'm not made of money.
The price on the SRs were $45.50/thou. So if you are in the market for more than a coupla thousand, Miwall is a good try.

I'm seeing various brands of SP and SR locally at close to those prices. LP and LR are still not very available for under $100/1K.

I buy from American Reloading quite often. It looks questionable, but I can assure you they are good.
