Yuma, Az Show .32-20
Attended the Yuma, Arizona show last weekend and took in trade this nice shooter grade Pre War M&P .32-20.
It came fitted with a nice pair of Catalin grips that didn't fit very well, so I dug out a pair of Sambar Stags and a Tyler T Grip and dolled her up a bit.

Wow, Leo! That looks better than shooter grade to me.

Very nice. I love .32-20s!
I guess you could call those stags "semi Magnas."

Thanks Gil. Yes Semi Magnas - They seem to be originally made that way with no sign of alteration.

I like that a lot! I've always wanted a .32-20.

Yeah the Catalin grips are kind of what drew me to the gun. I've had quite a few pairs over the years - mostly on Colt Single Actions.

I love shooting my 32-20 smith. Hardly any noticeable recoil. Good gun to work on DA shooting skills.

That is a pretty nice one. For some reason the guns in 32-20 got used and most got used hard. Very few sat in sock drawers. So I would be happy with your so called shooter grade gun. I have only found 1 with a 6 inch barrel in as good shape.

That was a very nice find. I enjoy shooting the 32/20 in both a revolver and a lever action carbine.
I agree Daddio. Mine is probably an 80% finish gun, but it is in perfect working order with perfect charge holes and bore. It's probably the smoothest DA action of any of my K Frames.

Very nice .32-20. The grips caught my eye as I have one also with Catalin grips with a thumb rest on the left.

You and John Wayne, amigo mio., you and John Wayne.
I wouldn’t mind having a set of them myself, but like you, I’d prefer them on a SAA, and I’m just not sure they’d be “right” on a M&P frame.
