Seems like most "off the shelf" makers only offer holsters for 2.5" barreled guns. I have a Don Hume 721 OT for a 2.5" barreled K frame that works fine; snug fit but easy draw. I was a little put out that they shipped it without explanation when I specifically ordered the holster for a 2" barreled gun, but the "high ride" design would probably not work well without the less than one inch of extra length.
I thought about ordering a El Paso Saddlery Street Combat since, as a custom holster with a less pronounced high ride and forward cant, it would likely be closer to a true fit, but I think I will give the Don Hume product a chance first.
Anyway, if I had it to do over, I would go the custom route. Especially since there is only about a $20.00 price difference.
